Johan Larsson

Johan is an established furniture designer and maker who is influenced by his Swedish upbringing as well as the modern the Australian lifestyle in which chooses to live. Functionality, quality and aesthetics are important aspects of all work produced.

• Acted as consultant for the architecture department at Kyoto Seika University, Japan.

• Established Johan Larsson Design (JLD), work includes commercial and domestic fitouts, prototyping and commission.

• Best Furniture Award, DesignEx 2002 Sydney, for modular shelving unit (SU1).
